Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Fees

1.1. All fees paid towards consultations, document preparation, government filing fees, and other related expenses are non-refundable.

1.2. This applies regardless of the outcome or stage of the service, and includes any expenses such as translation, notarization, courier fees, or technology costs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only permissible under the following conditions:

2.1. Failure of Service Execution: In the event of failure by the Company to execute services, a refund of 30%-70% of the paid amount may be issued after a reasonable evaluation of the services rendered.

2.2. Refunds will be processed within 60-90 working days upon receiving a written refund request.

2.3. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer/cheque if necessary.

3. Conditions for Non-Refund

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

3.1. Voluntary Withdrawal: If the client withdraws from the agreement voluntarily.

3.2. Non-engagement: The client fails to engage with the fulfillment of the agreement.

3.3. Interview Rejection: If the client is rejected during an interview process.

3.4. Visa Refusal: If the visa application is refused for any reason by the embassy.

3.5. Fraudulent Activity: The client submits false information or engages in fraud or deception.

3.6. Background Check Failure: The client fails to pass required background checks by the government or employer.

3.7. Medical/Legal Issues: Refunds will not be provided if the client is unable to proceed due to medical issues, criminal/civil charges, or government policy changes.

3.8. Demise/Instability: Refunds are not applicable in the event of the client’s death or physical/mental instability.

3.9. Breach of Obligations: If the client does not fulfill the obligations outlined in the agreement.

4. Defaulting on Payment

If the client defaults on any payments as per the agreed payment plan, the Company will no longer be responsible for providing any services mentioned in the agreement.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges full responsibility for all payments and understands the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
